Featured Artist::: Tara Donovan

Good Morning Ya'll,

Today I'm happy to tell you about a very talented artist named Tara Donovan. She works with household items to create beautiful, ethereal scenes. These first images were the first of hers I saw of her work:

{{{This is made of Styrofoam cups!!}}}

It doesn't stop there though! These are just a couple of her other pieces.

{{{A block of toothpicks held together by friction and gravity}}}

{{{A wall of stacked clear plastic straws}}}

{{{Buttons...oh the glorious buttons!}}}

{{{All images found here: Ace Gallery}}}

Wasn't that fun?!?          ...Tomorrow I'll do a post about my senior show as promised. Sorry for the delay :)

Have a good afternoon!
xoxo

  1. Wow. Tedious art is some of the best kind. I love the buttons. You know, that style would make a beautiful table base, with green glass on top? Oooh..
