120 Flowers and Other Surprises

Good Morning Blog-land! hehehehe...

I've been working on something I haven't told you all about yet. I got an order {over a month ago!} for 120 origami flowers, and I have JUST NOW finished them! Yay! This my friends is what 120 origami flowers looks like.

{{{720 petals...folded by hand...}}}
{I used some of the Pioneer Woman's Actions to spruce up my photos since our dining table isn't very cute}

I also began a new series I will be working on of fabric mosaics. I'm really happy with how the first one turned out. Although, when I glued the fabric down on the back side some of the glue showed through to the front. Do any of you know how to prevent that? Available HERE.

As for my other creations, I finally listed my coasters and owl stuffed animals {white} {brown} in my etsy shop too! Here they are again, just in case any of you forgot how cute they are :) My favorite is the brown one...is that mean?

I also listed my brand new Atlas Garland {North America}. I'm really really pleased with how the photos of this one turned out. What do you guys think?

Now, I'm getting really hungry so I'm going to leave you all with some parting images that I'm guessing will make you all hungry too. Sorry. Well, not really. Go eat something tasty!

{{{DELICIOUS.................}}}

  1. OHhhhhhh so jealous that you have Chik-Fil-A near you! We only get that when visiting my in-laws down South. I do have a recipe that perfectly mimics those sandwiches, but it's so much better when someone else makes it! :)

  2. Book - Where did you find such a miraculous recipe? I didn't even know it was possible to emulate such chicken-y perfection!

  3. Those flowers are gorgeous! I love the fabric in the hoops too. I think I would just trim the fabric that hangs over even shorter, so that you only have to glue a little of it onto the wood of the hoop and not get any glue on the backing. Does that make sense?
