Our first artist is Daniel Egnéus. His paintings stem from his lovely and vibrate life in Italy where he lives in Milano and Rome, and his wild day dreams. I love the wistful, dreamy nature of his paintings/illustrations. This series I'm going to show you is called "Mad Hatters". My favorites are the crab and the goose. But they are all lovely. Which one is your favorite? Does anyone have any thoughts on the loose, flowing nature of his work versus the rigid lines we are used to in illustration? Don't forget to check out Daniel's other work!

I really love all of these. In face, I made a collage of them and now its my wallpaper. Favorites are the goose, crab and shark!

I like these a lot. The crab and the last image strike me...something about that bird in the last image...
