An Introduction to the Day

Good Morning Friends,

Since this week is Tea Party week, I thought it would be only fitting to feature an artist who has work in the realm of Alice. However, I can't decide between two artists. So  you get to see both. This post is just to tell you that. Oh, and Luna Face says good morning also:

AAAAAnd....The Beard bought me my very own pipe as a {surprise} late birthday gift the other day. It was seriously SO sweet. Our good friend, the one I've mentioned several times who we like to play tennis and go shooting with, was coming over to hang out and smoke pipes with us. I had assumed The Beard and I would share, but he had other plans. When we were about to go out on the porch I made some comment about how I'd still like to get a pipe someday... and he said, "Didn't I get you one?" I said, "No..." and he said, "I think I did. Go look in the pipe box. Why do you think it took me so long to get home from work?" !!!!!!!!!!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!! He had run around after work looking for just the pipe for me. SO sweet and thoughtful. He said he got it on that day because he knew I'd be sad I didn't have a pipe all my own that night when our friend came over. I know this has been a long story, but its very special to me. My husband is so thoughtful and loves me so much :)
