Guest Post::: Kiley from Let It Be Raw

Hi Everyone,

My name is Kiley and my photography blog is Let It Be Raw. I have been in love with film photography since
I was 17 and only recently decided to try and make a career out of it. It's not my full-time job right now, but I know that no matter what happens the camera will always be a part of my life. I use my blog to share photography, experiments, trials, mistakes, occasional stories and my life. As a guest poster, I want to share with you that slice of what I do, so here are 3 reasons why I like photography so darn much:

1. Faces: I like looking at people, people watching, and taking portraits. I am always more than thrilled to
take a picture of a friend that really shows who they are and what connections they have with other people. However, I do not like to be in front of the camera. There are not very many pictures of me.

2. Fascinating places: I really enjoy exploring California. There are many beautiful places here, but I tend to find the most beauty in the abandoned or neglected, like this incredibly old cemetery in Santa Cruz.

3. Experiments: I will never be bored of photography. As soon as I think I have tried everything, something new comes up. I'll share anything new I can think of with my readers.

You don't have to like photography to like my blog because it's more about the obsessive passion than the photos. If you like something so much it hurts, I think we will get along just fine. Thanks Janee!

  1. Really neat pictures. I love your take on photography! It's always nice to see photographers doing something of their own and making it unique to them. Really enjoyed looking at them!
