Guest Post::: Kneadle & Bread

Hi there!  I’m Gabi from Kneadle & Bread and I am so excited to be guest posting for Janee while she’s on her big move to the East coast (my coast and city as well, in fact)!  Over at Kneadle & Bread, you’ll find I write about -- well, a pretty wide variety of things; scrumptious recipes, weekend adventures here in Boston, and my favorite fashion finds, to name a few.  I first started blogging as a way to share my ideas, photographs, and writing.  But, blogging very quickly became a way to interact with people all over the world who share the same interests as me. I’ve had the chance to “meet” so many wonderful people (like the lovely Janee!) and become a part of a wonderful and supportive network of other bloggers.  But enough about me, on to the fun!

Each week I share a few of my favorite finds, or fancies, if you will.  So, today I’d like to share one of my fancies with all of you wonderful Yellow Bird + Yellow Beard readers!  Pastels!  To sum this up quickly, it has been mentioned that (1) I dress like I’m frequenting tea parties and (2) that I dress like we’re still in the 1950s.  So, I took these as compliments and ran with it.  I love light pastel colors and feminine patterns, so of course I fell in love with this Pink Sheer Dress from Bloom, the always fabulous yellow Vivian Polka Dot Dome Bag from Brahmin, and this statement piece, the Abigail Neckalce by Lauren Elan.  Pastels are so perfect for keeping cool in the upcoming warm months plus the colors are light, airy, and feminine- my favorite!  I think it’s about time to start stocking up!

Thank you so much for letting me share today’s fancy with your readers, Janee!  Good luck with the move!

xo,
g.

{{{Thank you for sharing Gabi! I'll see you really soon girlfriend! xoxo J}}}
