Sorry this months introductions are happening a little bit late. Things are getting really crazy around here. We've definitely entered the living-out-of-boxes phase of the moving process. It's also getting pretty exciting, 12 days till we begin a totally new chapter of our lives! Eeeek!

Hi, I'm Heidi, a Baltimore City teacher that blogs about design, music, food, fashion, and just about anything else that I love. I own a small business, Row House 14, in which I design and make stationery and greeting cards. I live with my fiance, our chocolate lab Lilah, and our orange tabby Finn in an old, historic row house. When we're not spending time in our favorite places around Baltimore or out and about traveling, we're at home working on various projects in our house.
We'll be taking a 2 and half week road trip out west through the Badland, Yellowstone, and Grand Teton National Parks. These are some of my favorite places to visit and it will be a first for my fiance, so it's going to be a pretty awesome trip!

Doll Doll Dolly is an accessories label & blog started by myself in a small bedroom in the middle of nowhere. I have always loved textiles and began sewing simple corsages as something to do in front of the TV. It didn't take me long to fall in love with adorning my flowers with beautiful pearls and beads! I started to think that this could be more then just a hobby, however it has taken many years for me to get into the position I am in now to take Doll Doll Dolly seriously. I have recently decided to revamp my label and to list it as a legitimate business. I am working really hard on a new collection full of gorgeous materials and these will be available via Etsy to begin with. I share all my business updates, craft projects and life bits and bobs on my blog.
This summer is an exciting time for me. I will be launching my shop! I am have been planning, designing and making these last few months with the summer in mind. I will being doing photo shoots and hopefully craft and wedding fairs in my local area. I am also praying for sunshine and a puppy. Ahhhhh daydreaming.

I often say that I knit so I don't kill people, which is only a slight stretch of reality. Truth is, I knit all the time: while watching TV, at the movies, in the car and basically any other time my hands could be sitting idle. My Etsy shop is the result of my productive hands.
