Question of the month::: What would be your ideal place to have a picnic? What would you eat?
"Anna Delores" is the name of my photography venture, founded in early 2011. The name "Anna Delores" comes from my maternal great-grandmother (Anna) and my paternal grandmother (Delores) in a salute to my heritage and appreciation of the influence of ancestry in my identity as an artist. I love vintage-inspired imagery and strive to integrate vintage elements in each and every one of my photographs.
My favorite place to picnic is the Champs de Mars in Paris, which is the stretch of lawn immediately adjacent to the Eiffel Tower. It's amazing! And Paris calls for a picnic of wine and cheese. Maybe some strawberries, too.

After being intensely into crafts for a few months following my move from Alaska, I decided that I would try to learn new techniques. After I spent some time learning, I decided that I would share them with others. Soon after that came the shop and then the blog. I have enjoyed working on both immensely. My work is inspired by Alaska (simple, wilderness, and warm), a love for home decor and clothing. Everything in my shop are items that I would want for my own home, to wear or for gifting. My boyfriend Ryan also contributes some limited edition hand-printed images for the shop.
My ideal place to have a picnic would be in the country. We recently went to see an apartment that is in a farmhouse. The scenery was beautiful--crops, cows, dilapidated barn, country roads, etc. There is this perfect side yard with a very old stone fence. I would spread out a blanket there and eat tempeh, arugula sandwiches, blueberries and drink some cold pink lemonade.
My Etsy Shop just reached the one year mark last week and I am doing a giveaway as a thank you to my supporters (that's you!). You can look here to check it out and enter yourself.
My name is Nesha and I'm a freelance web designer and blogger from England. I run The Flower Child Blog, a blog based on vintage fashion, personal style and craft.
My ideal place for a picnic would be in a meadow filled with flowers, and I would eat jam sandwiches and lots of victoria sponge cake. Yum!
Hi fellow YBYB fans! - It's Maddie at Thriftary. I love to blog about doing more while using less. I also write about my nonsense life, Burley husband, wiley boxer pup, decorating our little bungalow, feeding our chickens & growing our garden, making delicious treats and cocktails, playing dress-up, and loving our little city life in Denver, CO. So I guess you could say I cover anything and everything. Come on by and check out the site some time! I promise... I won't bite. Cheers.
I would love to picnic on the back of an elephant while it travels through some neat African landscape. I probably couldn't eat much more than a granola bar or a fruit rollup or something, because, I'd be riding an elephant for heaven's sakes! But I would still lay out a cool table cloth and napkin on it's back. Maybe with a tribal pattern to match the scenery. This just keeps getting weirder... Sorry.
Hello! I'm Minna, from Minna May Blog, a lifestyle + design blog. I am a shop owner and a designer / illustrator. I live in beautiful Washington, DC with my little doggy Chanel. I am extremely blessed to be able to do what I love, and I hope you check out my blog and join me on my little adventure!
I would love to have a picnic in the middle of a giant field. My old home had 13 acres of fields and grass, so I would always go out and have a picnic with my family. Whenever I go on picnics, all I like to bring is dessert or anything sweet! haha
I'm Tara and I like to create things. Mostly I sew and write about it on my blog, sometimes I dabble in other things too. I'm a mom to two little boys and a teacher too so portable crafts are a must!
With the entire summer off I've already become a bit of a picnic expert. We've been hitting the beach, parks and splash pads. Considering how hot it's been this year some cool water at our destination has been a must!
10% off in the shop, until labour day weekend, with the coupon code COZYCOZIES

My ideal place to picnic is on a boat! I was going to say on the beach, but then I realized my food would be sandy ;) I would eat a caprese salad with red wine!
What did I tell ya? Fabulous right? I hope you'll go and say hi to all of them :) Have a great weekend!
xoxo
