Learning To Be Better

I had really hoped to start this year off strong, but that hasn't happened. I've been behind and struggling to catch up since day one. It's been really hard for me to deal with. However, starting this week I'm going to be making some lifestyle changes that will hopefully help with all that. One of those changes includes getting out of the apartment more, even if it's just to go down the street to Fuel and answer emails from there {ps... I'm in Fuel right now and you'd never guess what song is playing right now - No Scrubs by TLC. I don't think I've heard this song since 8th grade!}.

Another thing is that it's been a really long time since I thought about who I am, what I enjoy, and healthy ways of accomplishing being the most fulfilled, joyful me I can be. I know part of that needs to be spending more time reading my Bible and spending time with God. I just keep telling myself I've been too busy for that and many other things I should have time for. So here's to spending more time learning to be a better, happier me.

  1. I love this! I made some similar goals. Sometimes you have to stop and remind yourself that you can't ALWAYS be happy, but you can definitely do things to help keep yourself happy more often!

  3. You've got this lady. We're never too busy for the things that are important in life. Just remember that :) And I need to make it up to Fuel asap! I've never been!
