I am Meghan, and I blog over at Eat.Live.Make. I'd love for you to stop by and say hi. While your at it, check out my newest project, Lacy and Meg GF (I'm pretty proud of it). I'm popping in today to give Janee a little break while she is moving into her new apartment. So excited for her, and am happy to be over here on YB+YB sharing a fun and easy DIY with you guys.
One of my most favorite things to do is repurpose old things. I love going to thrift stores and looking for old frames and giving them a pretty new life. The best part about this project, is you don't have to have a print or picture that fits the frame exactly.
You will need:
-hot glue gun
-strips of fabric
The process is rather simple. You will take your strips of fabric and hot glue one end to the frame. Then you will tightly rap the fabric around the frame and hot glue the end of the strip to the frame. Repeat this process until you have your entire frame covered with fabric! Next, you will hot glue your ribbon to the BACK of your frame (make sure it's extra tight) and clip on your photo or print! For my frame, I chose one of my favorite prints from Katie Daisy.
If you'd like a free print, you can find this one over on eat.live.make and download it for yourself.
